For a deep dive into Portuguese, research collaboration with Brazilian colleagues, and a dynamic experience in one of the largest cities in the world, Notre Dame São Paulo is a necessary stop on your journey.

Since Notre Dame São Paulo opened its doors in 2016, it has widened the University’s engagement in South America. Though partnerships in Brazil are long-running, in the past few years there’s been an increase in the number of Brazilian students visiting South Bend as undergraduates and as part of Notre Dame Global’s Global Engagement programs. Student and faculty exchanges have become more readily available through memoranda with top institutions. And the number of internships and service opportunities are constantly growing.

In the months and years ahead, expect to see workshops and seminars for faculty and university leadership, collaborative research endeavors with Brazilian institutions, and additional study and work opportunities for undergraduates.
